Coaching & Mentoring

Mentoring and coaching is something I genuinely enjoy and lean into, not a bolt on to the work.

1 Straight talking and supportive

I believe in honest, no fluff conversations that get to the point quickly.
At the same time I back people, challenge them constructively and make sure they leave each conversation clearer and more confident.

2 Practical, real world focus

I coach from lived experience running and growing businesses, not theory.
We focus on simple actions, better decisions and repeatable habits that actually move the numbers and improve day to day life.

3 Ownership, not dependency

My aim is to help people think better for themselves, not become reliant on me.
I ask questions, share frameworks and get them to make the call so they build their own judgement and leadership muscles.

4 Clarity, structure, accountability

I always bring structure, whether that is clear goals, agreed priorities or simple action plans.
We agree what happens next, by when and who owns it so momentum is built between sessions, not just in the conversation.

5 Human first

Business is demanding, so I never forget there is a person behind the role and the targets.
I create space to talk openly about pressure, confidence and energy, because when people are in a good place, performance follows.
